A magical labour
Labour in the end was one of the most magical experiences I will ever have. It was utterly breathtaking. I will never forget it, for none of the sore parts. Why shouldn’t something so beautiful not be worth a bit of pain? Don’t we all go through pain to get something we really want? I was 19 when I gave birth and although I was scared of the unknown of what to expect in labour as everyone's experience is different, fear was soon replaced with amazement and a real appreciation for my body
